This was a bracketed three shot exposure of the the Shenandoah Pulp Mill located in the Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, WV. I combined the three exposures to make an HDR image of the scene. It wasn't until after I finished the last exposure did I notice something move in my viewfinder and it was a deer staring back at me through the building's last remaining window. These types of things are so exciting!
